We only store credit items that were wrong items sent but you must return unused item {3 easy steps} for your store credit.
Returns:
Wrong items sent us a picture of the wrong item and Invoice/ Order Number, Also must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered.
Items must be returned in their natural state.
All items must be unopened, unwashed and INCLUDING receipt within 7 days.
If these steps are not followed,
Store Credit will be denied.
If we refund you, Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If wrong item was sent please contact me immediately and no later than 24 hour after you have received the items,
3 Easy Steps:
1. Take picture of wrong Items & Invoice when you contact us.
2. Return the Items that was sent back to us, within 7 days.
3.Then you will receive store credit for the item that should have been sent.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
